Byrdcliffe is a place for artists in the more-than-artists world -- nature, history, dreams and more. Here, looking up to the sky, the sense of self is very small. It is part of the cosmos, but not the main or the primary focus. When time was flying and not yet landing, we scattered beneath the Celestial sphere. Maybe it was the birdsong; maybe it was the rainbow, that woke up the threads of unseen cause and undeniable effect. So we are here, breathing and pulsing together, like a group of stars forming a recognizable pattern, to awaken the communal myth that we share.
