My dance is inspired by a piece of art called "The Bed" created by Federico Castellón, which was created in 1937. In his art piece, there is a man who looks like he has just woken up and is staring into space. My dance is inspired by the stretching I do in-between quarantine naps. At 0:45 seconds of the dance, I get into the same pose as the subject in the art piece before I lay down for my next nap. The song is called “Girl Next Door” by Tomppabeats.
