I made a vegetarian lasagna for Isabelle. We all enjoyed it. I made this just like the other lasagna for the toaster oven; only we added mushrooms and I substituted Monterrey Jack cheese -I had no mozzarella.
I cooked mine at 400° on the baking setting.
If you are using a bucket air fryer same steps using a pan that fits in your air fryer.
