We got this movie anonymous, sent to us in a big box together with 7 other films with a small hand-written note: Maybe you can do something with it, have fun with it. We had to pay 35 euro customs-handling but it is a gift.Anyway, the title is: Holland: Hold back the sea, Dutch title probably: De Lage Landen, and the narrator is speaking English. The movie was almost completely red and the stripes in the movie are probably from the original 35 mm movie. The stripes are in the film and not on the emulsion-layer.
