The question I am trying to ask myself more and more is...What would someone who loves themselves do? What we forget as humans is dedicating our time to things or people we dislike, hate or are against is the same as living a life dedicated to that you dislike, hate or are against. We as humans feed our energy to whatever we focus on. The beauty of knowing what you are not for helps you decide who you are. The best thing we can do is to pour our lives, focus, time and energy into what we are for instead. What I have learnt & keep learning is those of us who cope the best are often the ones who do not try to change the world. Instead we do the very best to teach ourselves to grow & look within to cope & help others to do the same. We must look at ourselves, if we are unhappy & the things we do everyday. We cannot change our happiness or life by doing the same things. So think different thoughts, do different things, respond differently to your emotions & the outside world. If we do different things every day we will start to see/create a different life & maybe the one we always hoped for.
