Cathy Busani, Managing Director for Happy People, introduces Happy and the Happy People side of the company.

Happy People is all about creating a great place to work and fulfilling potential. In particular, our passion is about helping people to be the best they can at work and in their life generally. In order to do this, we offer a range of services, something that we hope you can really connect with.

Part of this is our premium, four-day Happy Workplace Programme, which is aimed at putting people at the centre of everything you do as leaders and managers. That ensures that you create and transform your culture to one of trust and empowerment. We also, as part of the Programme, offer the core skills that managers need - the listening, the coaching, the feedback, the delegation - all those things you need to be great managers, and managers of choice.

If you're looking for something a bit more bespoke, you may be interested in our consultancy offering. We can do things like staff surveys, where we can come in, chat to your staff and conduct online surveys, to get a feel for what is going on with your staff culture at the moment - the sort of things your staff would want to be different, but equally to celebrate the things that you're getting right.

We offer one-to-one coaching if needed, and a range of self-development programmes. These include Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, Assertiveness, Time Management, and more.

Finally, we have some really inspirational motivational speakers, so if you're running a conference and want someone to come and speak for a short period of time, we can make that happen too.

More recently, and very fun, we've been asked to facilitate some ice breakers at team events - so that's also something we're able to help with.
