Music Series with Monique & Stephen: Stress Less with Rhythm and Sound – Join Monique & Stephen from SoulWorks Rhythm® for a 4-week series of music-making experiences filled with rhythm and creativity! Therapeutic rhythm making is versatile and easily accessible. It’s also a fun way to reduce stress, boost the immune system, and increase socialization. Our programs are designed to engage participants in their creativity, foster physical activity through arm movement, foot-tapping, and smiling, and release stress by providing a nonthreatening outlet for emotional expression. All of this can be accomplished by using common household items as instruments. And of course, drums are welcome, too! This week we will explore: Stress Less with Rhythm and Sound – A Soundscape to Relax!
