This my second video for the boat assignment I created for the fabulous class StoryCamp Disco Art Residency offered by the amazing deborahjstein.com/. I had to make a boat out of paper that floated. This was so much fun I made two. Sam and Bill are two dog characters that volunteered to captain the boats on their maiden voyages. This is Bill's adventure on Lake Washington in Seattle.
