When their staff were feeling a bit disconnected from each other and the organization due to COVID-19, Tech Manitoba turned to us for help.
We created Connection Kits to bring staff together through many different stay-at-home activities and contests, all spread over 6 weeks. Inside were things like ingredients for a cocktail contest, custom wellness routines, and pen pal tasks.
Also included in the box were affirmations of the organization’s mission, goals, and values, so that while everyone gets to have some fun on Zoom and Slack, no one loses sight of the vision.
