It’s important to have fun in life. Especially in times like these. We live in a go go go word and it’s easy to forget to care for ones self among the pressures and crisis of life. It’s hard to describe but when we can detached our creativity from X (performance, pressure, money, you name it) it flows unhindered. Its the space where you feel safe to be yourself I suppose.
This was one of those moments for me, (at the time this was filmed I was about to become a dad) life running like a freight train… so what do I do for fun, rest and joy??? Make a banana video. I can’t tell you why, but it filled my soul.
