Small business has always been tough. Now it’s tougher than ever. Small business has always been tough. Now it’s tougher than ever. Business owners will need to call on all their creative and adaptive powers to ride this roller coaster. Some will thrive, some will survive, and others will not make it. This group is for small business owners worldwide who want to band together and fight back against these toughest of business conditions. As a business coach, I know only too well that one new idea, a simple tweak to a strategy can, and often does, make all the difference. In this fight, our weapons will be creativity, agility, speed, stick-to-itiveness, care for others, and a big fat desire to make a meaningful difference through our actions, and our products and services!I’ll be sharing the strategies, hints and tips that I cover as a Brisbane business coach. I’ll be making available to group members my freshest and most creative business survival and business growth ideas and strategies. A careful selection of other experts will also be made available.

The group rules are very straight forward and are designed to facilitate helping conversation.

The group rules are:

1. Be supportive and kind. Any posts or comments that are derogatory, argumentative or defamatory will be removed … so too will be the keyboard warrior who wrote them!
2. Consultants, coaches and advisors be warned …don’t post to pitch your services. If someone shares a problem, please help but don’t pitch.
3. Have a crack! The ideas will be flowing through this group, pick the best ones for you, refine and them implement. Speed and agility are important.
4. Have some fun. Goodness knows we’re in for a rough ride. The smallest of smiles, the littlest of giggles or a moment wonder can make a big difference to your mental state. Laugh more. Don’t be isolated, join the fightback! Get the ideas you need to see this through. And share your own business survival and success stories with other dedicated small business owners.
