You will learn some nice recipes and can learn how to make Paella, Tortilla, Gazpacho or other vegetarian or non-vegetarian recipes. We first meet at the oldest market in Seville where we do a market vist and buy the ingredients and then have a short walk in a traditional neighborhood to head to our cooking studio. This is a very Bohemian area of Seville and one the last remaining spaces called "Andalusian patio". Some of our teachers also offer the cooking class in their home. During the 3 or 3.5-hour cooking class you learn 3 different recipes as well as a typical drink and dessert. Then you will sit and chat with your expert guide to hear stories about Seville, its traditions and flavors. The activity is great for families with kids spending their holiday in Seville. It is also a great idea for any birthday presents or family reunion. As a small corporate activity, it can be also fun. Upon request, we can also organize it privately or accompanied with a private flamenco performance.
