Englewood’s original, community-run resource festival to promote peace, understanding and ownership was a BIG success! Attendees participated in a plethora of free, fun activities and educational workshops including breathing exercises and mindfulness, community skill/service building, personal/family counseling and other valuable outreach services.
Generous local providers include Heartland Health Alliance, Family Centered Education Agency, TRIO Upward Bound, Englewood Branded and others. Chicken from Marlon's was a huge hit and live performances by Voices of Variety had everybody dancing! Thank you to all who came out to support underserved scholars.
