To whom it may concern:  

I would like to briefly introduce myself as I am a new face to most or all of you. I have been doing theatre all of my life. I was born and raised in Alabama... I always say unfortunately, of course with sense of humor. I grew up doing community theatre with Virginia Samford and went to the Alabama School of Fine Arts with a focus in theatre/performing arts. For the remainder of high school I went back to public school, but continued theatre and film work. My senior year of high school I won Best Actor for the entire state of Alabama high schools, and best original monologue the same year. The next year I wrote, starred, and directed in a one act titled "A One Act Play" and it also won awards at ITS festival in Alabama. I have starred in roles such as Benjamin in The Yellow Boat, Will Parker in Oklahoma, Lord Farquaad in Shrek the Musical, and many more. I consider myself extremely well rounded in acting, and have always loved the aspect of being versatile personalities on the stage. For a while, my finances had to take a larger priority in my life, and sadly my passions slowly faded. I don't say this to beckon any sympathy, only to explain the large gap in my resume. I still possess all the skill sets I once had, and am ready to start performing again! Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope you enjoy my audition.
