Do you ever have one of those days where you don’t want it to be morning yet because you’re struggling with anxiety or feeling depressed? I think it’s important for you to know that I do too, and I say respectfully, and without judgement, so do most of our friends on Facebook, regardless of what they may be posting (I know I always feel especially inadequate when someone posts how much fun they just had on their 1 month vacation to exotic locations :-).
