If anyone tells you "calisthenics can't make your lower body stronger", slap 'em right in the kisser and have 'em do a few sets of the following workout:
2 pyramid sets of (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2) of:
* Hamstring curls
* Front foot elevated lunges
* Door frame leg raises
Oh, and see to it that they get it done in 30 minutes or less.
Not only will you be amazed at how quickly you rack up 100 reps of each exercise, but don't be surprised if your favorite iron exercises start feeling a whole lot easier as well.
