A dark comedy melodrama, in which our Victorian heroine is haunted by longing...and possibly a ghost. Inspired by classic Gothic horror and our 2020 coronavirus quarantine experiences.
WARNING FOR STROBE EFFECT.
My first try at making a film entirely by myself. This was a weird and rather obsessive labour of love. I wanted to see what I could do with minimal gear. Shot on a Canon EOS 200D with a vintage Zeiss Jena 35mm. Lit with two cheap Neewer LEDs and candles. Audio recorded on my phone. Edited in Premier Pro.
I hope it's at least a little entertaining.
