With this simple landmine attachment you’ll be able to do different exercises and spice up your workouts.

The landmine attachment is a simple piece of equipment you can add to your home gym or garage gym.

It’s a simple hinge joint.

One end goes inside a stack of olympic weight plates and the other covers one end of your barbell.

You can also attach it to a sled for more exercise variations.

You can train just about any muscle group and get a whole body workout with very little equipment and minimal space.

You just have to get a little creative.
