Building on the mule base with La French vodka, ginger beer, and lemon juice, the only extra addition you need to make is apple juice. It may sound like a small tweak, but what a difference it makes! The apple flavor plays perfectly with the spiciness of a ginger beer 

Ingredients

2 cl La French Vodka
1 cl apple juice
0.5 cl  lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)
a splash of ginger beer 
Garnish: apple slice and ginger
How to make it 

Gather the ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour La French Vodka, apple juice, and lemon juice.  
Shake well. 
Strain into a copper mug filled with fresh ice.
Top with ginger beer. 
Garnish with an apple slice. 
Serve and enjoy!
