Joseph Archer is a director and producer of drama and comedy films.

As a science student at The University of Nottingham he produced his first film, a ninety-minute feature called House Party Raiders (2017). The drama saw moderate success with it being shown in local cinemas.

Joseph left his science degree after being offered a job as a journalist at News UK (The Sun and The Times newspapers), then in 2018 he went on to work for The Daily Telegraph.

During this time he kept working on his films, and secured funding from the NYFA to shoot his second film: Jobit (2018).

This led to creating two more films #Goals (2019) and Newborn (2019) and securing more funding from the NYFA to make On In 15 (2019) and Gods Of The Marsh (2019), currently in post-production.

Joseph also partnered with London-based charity Thrive LDN to create his seventh film, Workshop (2019), which explored four men dealing with different mental health conditions.

Currently, Joseph is overseeing post-production and promotion of his most recent films and planning ahead for next year with a number of projects in development.

Joseph is also the co-founder of Window Zebra Productions.
