Hi, We're a family-owned entertainment business, a husband-and-wife team based in Widnes in Cheshire and the surrounding areas including Runcorn, St Helens, Warrington, Liverpool and Knowsley.
We established the Light 'n' Soul Events in 2011, and provide for private functions indoors or outdoors, and public events such as town shows and fun days.
We've got fantastic sound and lighting systems for different occasions and types of venue. And our amazing range of music includes Rock 'n' Roll, Motown, Northern Soul, Ska, disco, pop and current.
We're experts, and you'll find we give you a very personal, quality service, along with the best prices too. For your reassurance, we're members of the National Association of DIsc Jockeys, which means our equipment is PAT tested, we're Public Liability Insured, plus we're DBS checked.
When you place your booking, you'll be dealing with us personally all the way. We don't pass on your booking to third parties - we look after you ourselves.
You can pick up the phone anytime and speak to either of us about anything. We're here for you 7 days a week.

On the night, we set up early and make sure everything is sound checked and ready for when your guests arrive. The interactive text-your-request service is very popular, and optional party games keep your guests involved throughout the evening. We even offer a slideshow of your photos to add that personal touch.
