First of all, what a great story of where Dr. A comes from and the validity of his background knowledge in education but more so in practice in critical care. He has seen the problem and I love the idea that he left critical care because he critically cared and we not upstream at the cause of disease which was showing up as Obesity and a host of symptoms but was really caused by poor habits and lifestyle as well as Emotional Mismanagement.
Crazy to think about our current reality of an overweight planet. Approximately 700 million overweight and obese people and I love how he recognizes that it’s not their fault as the world we love in is not designed to support and promote health but designed to support disease and it’s showing up as obesity and a host of other symptoms both physically, emotionally and financially.
He identified that the key is in changing our habits which run on autopilot and building our day with new healthy unconscious habits that move us forward not backward.
Simply put, more optimal mornings and more optimal evenings add up to more optimal days.
Interesting perspective to see that habits are not something to buy or a new finicky. They are something to practice and they are free.

He refers to the fact that our habits are a reflection of our operating system and improving our health is an inside job
Not easy as we have all moved out from the great outdoors and to the great indoors
So it starts with a Fundamental decision to change our lifestyle and change our health and well being
Fun to look at this manual as us partnering with Dr. A as an added layer of support to our 4 components.
Goal is to improve how we live and interact with the challenges of the world and build a life around the things that matter most
There will be three parts
1- Preparing where we unveil our current reality and the power of habits so we can see the true goal in time is to change them
2- look at the work!! The action steps and the HOW to get results and achieve the best we can with what we got. Not in comparison to others.
3- Longevity. Remember WHO we are determines how well WHAT WE DO WORKS. So this work is about leveraging who we are into the person that gets better results and moves about life with greater ease
