Fia Ramo is a Brooklyn-based, video editor and screenwriter with a passion for all things comedy, television and film. She has produced, written and edited content for NBC, PBS, A+E Networks, and Mic. Her Digiday-nominated work with Dove screened at Cannes, where the program won a Silver Lion.

A skilled visual storyteller, Fia has a background in scripted and reality television, trailers and promos, documentary, short-form digital content, journalism, copywriting, social analytics, and narrative filmmaking.

Fia aspires to make the jump to TV episodic editing, but right now you can find her in the Mic | BDG Brand Newsroom.

As a lead editor, Fia creates value-driven content that elevates vulnerable, oft-unheard voices in collaboration with clients like Hulu, Adidas, Dove, Seventh Generation, GE, Unilever, and Ben & Jerry’s. She prides herself on being a resourceful, solution-oriented thinker who prioritizes story, technique and efficiency.

In the limited time she has between editing, creating graphics, working on-and-off scripts, and color correcting, Fia can be found drinking too much iced coffee and forgetting to use her standing desk. She loves craft beer (and cheap beer), television analysis, the Miami Dolphins, and fried chicken.
