OMG the world is literally on fire over here on the west coast.

We had TOTAL DARKNESS all day yesterday. When I woke up at 8:30am I stumbled out of my bed into a dark apartment with a brownish red sky outside. For a moment I thought it was still night time. Talk about disorienting.

And then add terrible air quality on top of it? NOT FUN.

Even while I’m keeping my spirits up as much as possible ... (yes, I took dance breaks and did breath work practices throughout the day - I take care of myself the same way I guide my clients to care for themselves #walkthetalk )

I’m still feeling stressed out today about all of these extraordinarily difficult conditions!!

SO I’M KEEPING IT REAL

❤️ Naming my feelings
❤️ Breathing through them
❤️ Shaking them out

Can you do the same?

We must own our feelings rather than bypass them and stuff them down. But we’ve got to do it intentionally, and in a healthy way.
