In 2019 I visited Scotland 9 times.
When retired in April 2018, I was introduced to home and petsitting by my daughter. In the beginning, I thought it would just be a fun thing to do and what has happened is incredible.
Currently in Berlin, on what I believe is probably my 40th sit, I have lost track of the actual number but certainly not the unbelievable places, the wonderfully kind and fascinating people of very diverse backgrounds nor the delightful pets.
I love being a full time home and pet sitter not only because it has afforded me a lifestyle most people only dream about, but because of the excitement and adventure of exploring new places, meeting such extraordinary people and finding so much love with so many animals.
Spending time with the animals has brought me great joy and a great sense of doing something fun and meaningful. Yes, I am very satisfied and happy with my new life.
Home and petsitting has allowed me to SEE, FEEL and taste the world in ways I never imagined. This is video is from one visit to Scotland last year. I have been there 9 times now. It was a childhood dream come to life and I can't think of a better way to live.
I love my life!
So looking forward to what lays ahead.
