Play, download and edit the free video Creative dance class for adults 50+.

You will be guided through improvisation activities & contemporary dance exercises by community dance specialist Anita Wadsworth. The classes are fun and accessible, you can take it at your own pace: fast, slow and everything in between. No previous dance experience needed.

If you are under 50 & interested in our approach, or you are regaining your health & fitness, you are very welcome to join us!

**Please note** the film was made in November 2019. For now our classes will still be socially distanced and without contact. We will closely monitor the pandemic over the coming weeks and make adjustments to the class as appropriate. The studio has a wooden, semi-sprung floor and is HUGE allowing for social distancing.
