I set up the field production for a few segments for which we flew and chased some hot air balloons over the dormant volcanoes of the stunning Olot region whilst discussing the use of Benford's law, the law of anomalous numbers with the Volcano Scientist Dr Joan Marti and data analyst Dr. Adelina Geyer who show us how Benford’s Law highlights anomalies in geological data and helps predict potential eruptions in dormant volcanoes.
