Amanda Brooke Lerner recently co-starred on Starz POWER opposite Omari Hardwick and on Comedy Central’s AWKWAFINA IS NORA FROM QUEENS as B.D. Wong’s Blind-Date-from-Hell.

She has starred in dozens of award-winning indie films and has played mom to both John D’Leo (The Family, The Wrestler) and 2019 Emmy Winner Julia Garner (Ozark, The Americans). She's had guest starring roles on TV for NAT GEO, A+E, and Lifetime.

Recently, Amanda had a tour-de-force leading role in GOOD GRIEF about a woman who survived a terrorist attach that killed her son. Regionally, Amanda played Blanche in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and Beatrice in THE EFFECT OF GAMMA RAYS ON MAN-IN-THE-MOON MARIGOLDS.

Amanda won BEST ACTRESS for THE CARTOGRAPHER at (LIFFE) and BEST ACTRESS for DAFFODIL at (CRISFF.). She has been nominated for Best Actress for KILL AL, THE HOUSE ON COX CURVE, and SASHA.

She currently has 10 features, shorts, pilots and web series on the festival circuit and 10 projects in pre and post production.

Amanda earned her BFA from Rutgers under the direction of Bill Esper and Maggie Flanigan and currently studies with Larry Moss. A proud member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA, you may recognize her as Olga in the wildly popular OPTIMUM: THE UNMOVERS spots opposite Leonard Ouzts.
