Complete the 300 challenge this morning for a great cardio workout! This is perfect for you and your kiddos, so if you all need to get up off the couch nows the perfect time to do it. �

Complete 20 repetitions of each exercise below, for 100 reps, then complete the entire circuit three times and you'll have 300 reps! Do it as a team or make it competition to see who can finish first!

1. Jumping Jacks: These are classic, you know what to do!
2. Jump Squats: Squat low then explode up, pick a more plush surface to lessen the impact.
3. Skiers: Make this one fun, and slide left and right, imaging you are an Olympic Speed Skater!
4. High Knees: Keep your core tight and bring those knees up as fast as you can.
5. Burpees: So many variations so pick what allows you to complete with the best form.
