Good morning #212FitnessClub �
Here is our first daily challenge! It's a practice in mindfulness, so EVERYONE can do this. Take a 10 minute walk, ideally alone and outside, no headphones, and think about three things your grateful for. A bit of moving meditation will do us all some good! Bonus if you extend your walk! We're all grateful for our health � so dig deep and get creative. It'll help you to reflect on this if the day gets a little more stressful.
Here's what I'm (Caitlin here) grateful for:
- Slower Mornings. ☀️ Still lots to do but without many social options I'm spending more time with my tea and my thoughts in the morning.
- Learning New Things. � Getting creative in the kitchen, in the house and with workouts! It's fun to experiment!
- Increased Awarenesses. ��� This one is big and small. From thinking more critically about our global community and my impact, to noticing the same cute blonde squirrel on my morning jaunts.
