Lol you cant see it like the naked eye but it really is a quality bit of kit. Remote control controls everything. Looks snazzy and there was a lot of fun putting it together if you buy one I totally recommend you give it to your kid to do, obviously not plugged in whilst constructing, it will show him the wonders of good construction and engineering.. Came with instructions but they only showed the parts and gave safety/hazard instruction, no this is what you do. If he/she gets frustrated and its fairly easy putting it together if you apply a bit of brain power and are patient and look at the various parts and wonder why that's not happening or what that might only be, just say look everywhere(don't work in an environment where a single nut(thinking of one in particular) can go missing), just say "take your time, I'll help if you really can't do it, but have a think. If you manage it, I bet you will be happy with yourself.. If you can't its fine, I'd like to help.." if they really do get very frustrated, help immediately by the way but its great fun doing the putting it together, and IS very easy if you look at what you've got.. It looks amazing including the cap over the base standing. (And look everywhere incase you think you are missing a part, I mean everywhere with what it came with and in itself lol)
