Five years ago I filmed this for my grandparents’ 60th anniversary film (a little documentary commissioned by my mom.) This week, after increasing medical issues, my grandparents moved out of their home of 53 years and moved in with my parents. I’ll miss visiting them at the house that I knew growing up - so many birthday parties and holidays, swimming in their pool on summer days and exploring the woods nearby with my brothers.. Here’s an ode to this special house and the special memories made in it.
