This story deals with Depression, primarily the romanticism of depression. What's it Feel Like confronts the concept of Girls and Boys being friends and if it must always result in romance. Additionally, it presents the conflict of Identity and Conformation, and how to truly embrace our sexuality within society. The goal was to portray these themes in an inventive and experimental way. The film includes a color pallet of Red, Blue, and Purple to further emphasize these various themes in a creative visual experience.
