life can feel complex and overwhelming at times. there are just too many decisions to make; too many options to choose from; too many factors to consider.

»wayfinding« is supposed to show this complexity by referring to the modular synthesizer. open and unbiased by nature, the synthesizer is dependent on human decision-making (by way of patching). just like life, it is influenced by the chosen values and the connections made and limited only (but ultimately) by the available parameters.

modeled in Cinema 4D, textured in Substance Painter, rendered with Redshift. Cut and edited in DaVinci Resolve.

all audio made on AE Modular by tangible waves with additional editing in Ableton Live.
