In 2016 Andras Jones produced, directed and edited this pilot with the intention of pitching it as a potential TV series about the last remaining video stores in America. At the time Bryan Connolly was managing Vulcan Video in Austin, Texas. Bryan and members of the staff generously shared their time and knowledge with the cameras. Their passion for film is infectious. We hope you love it as much as we do.
The company that commissioned the pilot never pitched it and Vulcan Video closed during the Covid pandemic.
