For the past year, I've been part of a team based at MIT Media Lab experimenting with the Voxon VX1, a type of 3D (volumetric) display. It creates a small, 3D image that can be viewed from any angle without special glasses. Our team is lead be a Harvard professor who wants to make an art film using this, and my job is creating some of the tools he will need to do that, using Unity game engine and c#. His script calls for "ambient beautiful patterns" so I have also made many of those. This video shows some highlights from my work over the past year. Music: "Endless Motion" by bensound.com.
