We filmed a series of powerful featurettes for Me Fitness, a privately-owned, Portland-based fitness center. Me Fitness is more than a gym; it's a community of like-minded people who want to have healthy relationships with their bodies. Too often, the idea of "working out" is about setting unhealthy and unrealistic goals for body transformations that do more harm than good. Me Fitness cares about their members' whole state of being, so that bodies are strengthened for the right reasons, right alongside the mind and soul.

It was a pleasure to film this series for Me Fitness as a recruiting video campaign in Portland, Oregon.
