A short local introductory film detailing that from September 2020 there is an expectation that all staff currently supporting the students as mentors, sign-off mentors or practice teachers will transition into the role of Practice Assessor and Practice Supervisor.
All current mentors/sign off mentors/practice teachers will be going through this transition from mentor/sign-off mentor/practice teacher to Practice Supervisor/Assessor. This process of transition has now started within NHS Western Isles and the transition will now be self-directed. Information is available on the Intranet using only two clicks - select Clinical Governance - then select the Practice Development tab.
