This is a self-portrayed and self-narrated film illustrative to humankind. Through this design, I seek to share a message that taps into the perspectives around resistance and surrendering, leaning into vulnerability and accepting inner peace and freedom by way of being immersed in nature, embracing the shadowy parts of ourselves and emphasizing our duality as human beings.We must believe in our healing process and it will then become easier. We come to recognize, like plants and all things in nature, we as human beings need to be watered for growth, healing, and flourishing.

We can always find greatness in adversity, we must seek to understand what it is that we can learn from our challenging circumstances, and that we are much stronger and resilient beings than we even realize. This style of creative work in itself serves as an example of the importance of slowing our motions and to be attentive to what we are seeing and experiencing; as we are constantly moving, we are encouraged to be mindful of what more can we notice. We must understand the importance of mindfulness and be present with each of our moments, slowing down when we need to take time for ourselves, and be open to shifting perspectives to see what could be greater.
