Abstract
The study of the everyday life and space is a rich topic that adds to our understanding of architecture and sociology. This study looks at consumption of space and the everyday use of that over a 6-month period This paper examines one home from the perspective of the everyday through film and drawing. It reveals connections between experience, generations and use. It will also explore the relationship between film and architecture, by combining conventions of film making and convention of architectural drawing to capture and study the everyday spaces of home.
