I really enjoyed editing this!!! I purchased a $40 pack of SFX and had a blast creating the aural texture behind the images. I chose to shoot in camera in black and white rather than editing it as such in post because I find the richness in the images motivate me to find more and more tasty visual morsels.

I've realized recently how rarely I'm actually present in my own life and in editing this film I wanted to force myself and any viewer to really sit with some longer images in which nothing moves or changes. I want to appreciate the beauty around me constantly rather than having my head so stuck in the future that I don't enjoy life itself. This is me trying to express that anxiety surrounding this change of presence in my thinking and the goal to become better at it daily.

Thankful to all of the creators who give me ideas and motivate me to form ideas of my own.
