Teaser - MOUNTAIN - a film premiere at Museum of Contemporary Art Zagreb

Mountain (Planina) je debitantski eksperimentalni film, kratki erotski dokumentarac, interdisciplinarne umjetnice MOON Martine Zelenika, koji metaforički prikazuje dušu planine. Film je inspiriran univerzalnom duhovnosti i eko-filozofijom kojom se želi utjecati na ljudsku svijest za očuvanjem planete Zemlje. Ovaj pomalo uznemirujući film uprizoren je kadrovima Velebita, najrasprostranjenijeg hrvatskog gorja u kojem autorica doziva Vilu Velebita i oživljava dušu planine spajajući utjecaje iz aspekata europske drevne kulture s onima iz Japana. Autorica, film smatra audio-vizualnom poezijom, nastoji stvoriti spoj tradicionalnog filmskog pripovijedanja i performansa s paletom digitalnih tehnika popraćenim visokovrijednim glasonvim i zvučnim komponentama.

Film je nastao u produkciji Stvaralačke mreže Zebra, a financiran sredstvima Hrvatskog audiovizualnog. Film je producirao David Lušičić, iza kamere je bio Nevio Smajić, koji je film i montirao, a za oblikovanje zvuka zaslužni su Valent Samardžija i MOON Martina Zelenika, koja potpisuje i glazbu, kostimografiju i scenografiju.

Eksperimentalni kratkometražni film Planina autorice MOON Martine Zelenika premijerno će se prikazati u Muzeju suvremenu umjetnosti, u petak 31. siječnja, u sklopu Noći muzeja.
Program traje od 18. 30h do 19. 30h, a osim premijerne projekcije filma, bit će izložen umjetnički eksponat te će se održati razgovor s autoricom, interdisciplinarnom umjetnicom MOON Martinom Zelenikom. Ulaz na događaj je besplatan.

The Croatian film premiere of MOUNTAIN at MOCA Museum of Contemporary Art Zagreb will be held as part of the Night of the Museums 2020 program. Screening of the film, exhibition of an artistic kimono related to the film and an interview with the filmmaker and artist MOON Martina Zelenika.
The debut film MOUNTAIN is an experimental erotic documentary, focusing on the universal philosophy of the Earth which is derived from spirituality and ecology. The film highlights female energy as closely related to Earth (Gaia), personifying the mountain Velebit through a woman’s sensual voice and expressive figure. With the film, the author wants to influence human consciousness to preserve the Earth from another perspective, with empathy and compassion. The movie is dedicated to every mountain.

The film was produced by the Zebra – Creative Network, funded by the Croatian Audiovisual Centre – HAVC.
