"Tahanan" means "home" in Tagalog. This experimental short film is a personal exploration of the word "home" and what it means to the filmmaker. She then begins to wonder if she could ever create a home for herself, and what it could possibly look like.

This film features the following languages: English, Tagalog, and Ilocano.

Some translations not included:
- Buridibud = an Ilocano vegetable soup
- Malunggay = moringa
- Alokon = birch flower
- Pasensya = literally translates to "patience," but is often used to apologize in Tagalog.
- "Bahala na" = according to Google, a phrase "used to express an attitude of optimistic acceptance or fatalistic resignation in an uncertain or difficult situation." Loosely translates to "It's up to God/fate."
- "Pwede pa ’yan" = That still works/can be used.
- Sayang = Waste/what a waste/pity
- "Sayang lang ba ako?" = Am I just a waste?

Some footage was shot in the Philippines in 2017.
