Last Summer, Glebe Primary School were awarded £10,000 from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund to deliver the Stronger Together project in partnership with creative ageing charity Equal Arts. The project will work with Glebe pupils from Military families and older people living in care to explore their experiences through drama and creative arts.
Throughout the project, groups of Glebe children and residents at Parkfield House Nursing Home will be producing a series of short films which will be shared between them, as well as online. The workshops and films creatively explore family life and experiences, with the aim of improving a sense of community and togetherness.

This first film was created by pupils during workshops with theatre practitioner Hannah Wood and edited by film-maker Sam Mac Miller.
