Research helps stroke survivors rebuild their lives, but the pandemic has hit our funds hard. Every stroke survivor’s life is worth living – that’s why stroke research is worth saving.

Anita didn't know where to turn after her stroke. She dealt with the long-term effects of stroke alone for many years before reaching out to the Stroke Association. Researchers like Professor Nick Ward know that stroke needs to be treated as a long-term condition and every stroke survivor should have access to the advice and support they need.
