Because I am a big fan of the Netflix Series Stranger Things and the Stanley Kubrick movie The Shining, I decided to make a compilation video. Every room was modeled in Cinema 4D and rendered in Octane. Some effects were created using Houdini and X-Particles. This is my biggest project to date and I really wanted to challenge myself, creating realistic interiors. I looked at different reference images from the movie and tried to recreate them as best as I can. After I had the interiors from the movie ready, I "strangified" them (played with the lighting and added some vines). The particles and color correction were made using After Effects.
