Spectrum is the first ever Outside the Frame film festival organized by youth, for youth. We will be showcasing short films, having conversations with the directors, listening to music from local artists, and table reads of scripts! Grab some snacks and join us for this exciting, inclusive, online event.

Outside the Frame trains homeless and marginalized youth to be directors of their own films and lives. Named Portland Monthly’s 2018 “Best New Nonprofit,” Outside the Frame shows that homeless youth are a critical asset to our community.
