Can a horror movie's website be as scary as the movie and engage the user in a more immersive experience? I tried to work on this concept. Many of you will remember Silent Hill, a film inspired by the video game of the same name that became a cult in the late 90s. Very briefly, the protagonist of the film, Rose, goes into the ghost town of Silent Hill, looking for her daughter. The desolate atmosphere of this abandoned city changes frequently, immersing the protagonist in a nightmare dimension inhabited by inhuman beings. The idea of the web site is to make the user experience this dual nature of Silent Hill. Audio is fundamental, so please put your headphones on ;)
