A documentary about Donald Rugoff, the quirky and exasperating theater chain owner and film distributor in New York. He's a hugely important figure who brought art house cinema into the mainstream in the 1970s, distributing such hits as Scenes from a Marriage, Gimme Shelter, and Monty Python & the Holy Grail. This is a fascinating look at the "art film" movie biz and it's right up our alley. Directed by independent film luminary Ira Deutchman.
