VIDEO DESCRIPTION:

Play, download and edit the video Robot Arm.

One more study, one more exercise, one more project and that's how it goes.
I modeled this robotic arm with primitive objects and combined them with the Volume Builder of Cinema 4D R20. The idea was to give these smooth curves, with the use of Volume I ended up stunting the result I wanted.
I also worked with Xpresso to control the turning and opening of the claw.
If you can notice there will be some bugs like the letters entering the claw and then leaving, I had problem also in the render because in my preview appeared the robotic arm in a position and in the render it was totally out of control.

Anyway, I did a touch-up on the colors in AE and that's it.
